Perfect guide with lot of details
I am grateful Zach and co. offered this up. It's definitely a little minimalist and sparse compared to what you see with other river guidebooks, but it has all of the relevant information needed and is absolutely worth $10. To be honest if you need something with more beta, than the Illinois may not be a good river for you just yet; it's not a place for the inexperienced and those who are still learning to read water. I appreciated the camp information, and the writings on the flora & fauna, and I look forward to using this book the next time I go down to see more of the Illinois Canyon.
