Shipping policy
We ship all orders with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking shows delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office, and allowing up to 48 hours for delivery confirmation to resolve.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. After delivery confirmation, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If the tracking says the package was delivered but it's not on your doorstep, here are some things to do:
- Double check the delivery address you used
- Wait 24-48 hours in case it was delivered to the wrong address
- Ask your neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them or if they have seen it
- Check a neighborhood locker box for deliveries
- If it was delivered by USPS visit your local post office and ask about the package
- Contact the delivery service and submit a missing package or mail request
