I found this cookbook really helpful for some portioning work I was doing while considering outdoor kitchens and larger guest groups. I really appreciated how portion sizes were broken down into multiple options for trip sizes. Giving 4 stars (because there is no 4.5 option) I felt a few recipes were missing greater detail like desserts which I feel some consumers may like to know about. Some details are meant to be learned! Thanks again for the great reference material. 👍
The hardest thing to do on river trips is effectively proportion out food on a river trip. This is a tried and true spreadsheet that will eliminate waste when it’s your turn to cook.
I thought there was going to be recipes of the lunch chopped salads we had. Sadly they are not listed in cookbook. Loved our guides and trip!
